A weekly letter from Vai S., co-founder of EfficiaLabs, on AI and the B2B service agencies it's changing.

By day: I help clients at EfficiaLabs raise their profit margins by building AI into each employee's workflow, so one person can take on more accounts.
By night: I write letters on how I feel about AI, what's working for agencies, what I'm seeing in the field, and where it's all going.
